Sift the maida and suji together. Add water and mix, making sure it's completely smooth. It should be a liquid consistency.
Heat sugar with water and laichee to a boil. Add ghee???? Mix continuously to ensure it doesn't burn until a thick syrup forms.
Meanwhile, boil almonds. When cooled, peel the almond skins off. Get raisins.
Then add the maida and suji mixture to the ghee while stirring. Mix in almonds and raisins. Continue to stir until halwa consistency is achieved.
